Article L7123-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In the event of a vacancy in the seat of a member of the standing committee other than the president, the assembly of French Guyana may decide to complete the standing committee. The vacancy or vacancies shall then be filled in accordance with the procedure laid down in the second and third paragraphs of article L. 7123-5. Failing agreement, the members of the Standing Committee other than the President shall be replaced in their entirety under the conditions laid down in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the same article L. 7123-5.

Article L7123-7

En cas de vacance de siège de membre de la commission permanente autre que le président, l’assemblée de Guyane peut décider de compléter la commission permanente. La ou les vacances sont alors pourvues selon la procédure prévue aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 7123-5. A défaut d’accord, il est procédé au renouvellement intégral des membres de la commission permanente autres que le président dans les conditions prévues aux quatrième et cinquième alinéas du même article L. 7123-5.
