Article L7124-34 of the French Labour Code

In the event of an infringement of the provisions concerning child labour set out in this chapter, the court may, depending on the circumstances and only in the event of a repeat offence, order that the judgment be displayed.

In the same case, the court may also order that the judgment be published, at the offender’s expense, in one or more newspapers in the département.

En cas d’infraction aux dispositions concernant le travail des enfants, prévues par le présent chapitre, l’affichage du jugement peut, suivant les circonstances et en cas de récidive seulement, être ordonné par la juridiction.

La juridiction peut également ordonner, dans le même cas, l’insertion du jugement, aux frais du contrevenant, dans un ou plusieurs journaux du département.
