I. – Repealed.
II. – The number of seats in a territorial chamber of commerce and industry is set at between twenty-four and one hundred, under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
III. – The number of seats in a regional chamber of commerce and industry is set at between thirty and one hundred and twenty, under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
Each territorial, local or departmental chamber of commerce and industry in the Ile-de-France region is represented within the regional chamber of commerce and industry to which it is attached in due proportion to its economic weight. When the number of regional, local or departmental chambers of commerce and industry in the Ile-de-France attached to the same regional chamber of commerce and industry is equal to two, this rule may be waived under conditions laid down by decree. The elected representatives of a territorial chamber of commerce and industry based in two regions, intended to represent it at regional level, may be present in each of the two regional assemblies in proportion to the representations of the different geographical components of this territorial chamber of commerce and industry.
