The territorial collectivity of French Guyana may, with the agreement of the authorities of the Republic, be an associate member of the regional bodies mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 7153-3 or observer to them.
The Assembly of French Guiana may submit to the Government any proposal for France to become a member of such bodies.
La collectivité territoriale de Guyane peut, avec l’accord des autorités de la République, être membre associé des organismes régionaux mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 7153-3 ou observateur auprès de ceux-ci.
L’assemblée de Guyane peut saisir le Gouvernement de toute proposition tendant à l’adhésion de la France à de tels organismes.
