Article L7153-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The regional cooperation fund for French Guiana is funded by State appropriations and may receive allocations from the territorial collectivity of French Guiana, any other public collectivity and any public body.

A joint committee, placed under the authority of the State representative in the territorial collectivity and composed, on the one hand, of representatives of the State and, on the other hand, of representatives of the assembly of French Guiana, shall draw up the list of operations eligible for the regional cooperation fund as well as the subsidy rate applicable to each of them.

A decree in the Council of State shall lay down the terms and conditions for the application of this article.

Le fonds de coopération régionale pour la Guyane est alimenté par des crédits de l’Etat et peut recevoir des dotations de la collectivité territoriale de Guyane, de toute autre collectivité publique et de tout organisme public.

Un comité paritaire, placé auprès du représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale et composé, d’une part, de représentants de l’Etat et, d’autre part, de représentants de l’assemblée de Guyane, arrête la liste des opérations éligibles au fonds de coopération régionale ainsi que le taux de subvention applicable à chacune d’elles.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe les modalités d’application du présent article.
