Article L72-101-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Executive Council of Martinique presents the administrative account annually to the Assembly of Martinique, which debates it under the chairmanship of one of its members.

The President of the Executive Council of Martinique may, even if he is no longer in office, attend the discussion. He must withdraw at the time of the vote.

The administrative account is adopted by the Martinique Assembly.

Previously, the Martinique Assembly adopts the management account for the closed financial year.

Le président du conseil exécutif de Martinique présente annuellement le compte administratif à l’assemblée de Martinique, qui en débat sous la présidence de l’un de ses membres.

Le président du conseil exécutif de Martinique peut, même s’il n’est plus en fonctions, assister à la discussion. Il doit se retirer au moment du vote.

Le compte administratif est adopté par l’assemblée de Martinique.

Préalablement, l’assemblée de Martinique arrête le compte de gestion de l’exercice clos.
