At least half of the members of the Martinique Territorial Housing Council shall be councillors of the Martinique Assembly.
The composition, operating procedures and powers of the Council shall be specified by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.
The Council shall be chaired by a councillor of the Martinique Territorial Housing Council.
