After the election of its President and Vice-Presidents, under the conditions provided for in Article L. 7223-2, the Assembly of Martinique may form its committees and appoint its members or delegates to sit on outside bodies.
The Martinique Assembly may delegate to its President the exercise of certain of its powers pursuant to Article L. 7224-18.
In this case and by way of derogation from Article L. 7222-21, reports on business submitted to the councillors may be communicated to them during the meeting; a suspension of the sitting is as of right.
