Each year, the State representative in the territorial collectivity informs the Assembly of Martinique, through a special report, of the activity of the State services in the collectivity.

This special report may give rise to a debate in the presence of the State representative and the President of the Executive Council.

Chaque année, le représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale informe l’assemblée de Martinique, par un rapport spécial, de l’activité des services de l’Etat dans la collectivité.

Ce rapport spécial donne lieu éventuellement à un débat en présence du représentant de l’Etat et du président du conseil exécutif.
