When the president of the assembly of Martinique and the vice-presidents, the president of the executive council and the executive councillors use the universal employment-service cheque provided for in Article L. 1271-1 of the Labour Code to ensure the remuneration of employees or approved associations or companies responsible for either childcare or assistance to the elderly, disabled or those who require personal assistance in their home or mobility assistance in the local environment promoting their home maintenance in application of the articles L. 7231-1 et L. 7232-1 of the same code, the Assembly of Martinique may, by deliberation, grant financial aid to the elected representatives concerned, under conditions laid down by decree.
The benefit of this article cannot be combined with that of the third paragraph of Article L. 7227-23.
