Article L723-9 of the French Commercial code

Each elector is entitled to only one vote within the jurisdiction of the same commercial court. The right to vote may be exercised by post or by electronic means.

Notwithstanding the first paragraph, one or more additional votes may be allocated to the electors mentioned in 1° of article L. 723-1 depending on whether they are elected to a chamber of commerce and industry or to a chamber of trade and crafts, taking into account the number of electors on the electoral roll of each chamber within the jurisdiction of the commercial court, under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L723-9

Chaque électeur ne dispose que d’une voix dans le ressort d’un même tribunal de commerce. Le droit de vote peut être exercé par correspondance ou par voie électronique.

Nonobstant le premier alinéa, une ou plusieurs voix supplémentaires peuvent être attribuées aux électeurs mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 723-1 selon qu’ils sont élus dans une chambre de commerce et d’industrie ou dans une chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat en tenant compte du nombre d’électeurs inscrits sur la liste électorale de chaque chambre dans le ressort du tribunal de commerce, dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
