Financial assistance may be managed by the social and economic committee or the company, or jointly by the social and economic committee and the company.

In the case of joint management, the social and economic committee is consulted in advance about the management of the company’s financial aid, and the social and economic committee is involved in an evaluation procedure.

L’aide financière peut être gérée par le comité social et économique ou l’entreprise ou, conjointement, par le comité social et économique et l’entreprise.

La gestion de l’aide financière de l’entreprise fait l’objet d’une consultation préalable du comité social et économique en cas de gestion conjointe et d’une procédure d’évaluation associant le comité social et économique.
