Article L7252-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Before 31 December each year, the representative of the State in the territorial collectivity submits to the Assembly of Martinique, for its opinion, the general guidelines for the programming of State housing aid for the following year.

These general guidelines concern the distribution of aid by scheme, on the one hand, and the distribution of aid by housing area, on the other.

L’assemblée de Martinique est saisie pour avis par le représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale, avant le 31 décembre de chaque année, des orientations générales de la programmation des aides de l’Etat au logement pour l’année suivante.

Ces orientations générales portent sur la répartition des aides par dispositif, d’une part, et la répartition des aides par bassin d’habitat, d’autre part.
