Article L733-9 of the French Consumer Code

In the absence of a challenge made by one of the parties pursuant to article L. 733-10, the measures mentioned in articles L. 733-1, L. 733-4 and L. 733-7 are binding on the parties, with the exception of creditors whose existence has not been reported by the debtor and who have not been notified of these measures by the commission.

En l’absence de contestation formée par l’une des parties en application de l’article L. 733-10, les mesures mentionnées aux articles L. 733-1, L. 733-4 et L. 733-7 s’imposent aux parties, à l’exception des créanciers dont l’existence n’a pas été signalée par le débiteur et qui n’ont pas été avisés de ces mesures par la commission.
