Article L7331-3 of the French Labour Code

Within a maximum period of three years from the conclusion of the contract mentioned in article L. 7331-2, the salaried entrepreneur becomes a member of the activity and employment cooperative.

This period is reduced, where applicable, by the duration of the business project support contract for the creation or takeover of an economic activity provided for inarticle L. 127-1 of the Commercial Code or any other contract concluded between the parties.

The contract referred to in article L. 7331-2 of this code comes to an end if the salaried entrepreneur does not become a partner before this deadline.

Article L7331-3

Dans un délai maximal de trois ans à compter de la conclusion du contrat mentionné à l’article L. 7331-2, l’entrepreneur salarié devient associé de la coopérative d’activité et d’emploi.

Ce délai est minoré, le cas échéant, de la durée du contrat d’appui au projet d’entreprise pour la création ou la reprise d’une activité économique prévu à l’article L. 127-1 du code de commerce ou de tout autre contrat conclu entre les parties.

Le contrat mentionné à l’article L. 7331-2 du présent code prend fin si l’entrepreneur salarié ne devient pas associé avant ce délai.
