Article L7343-1 of the French Labour Code

Under the conditions and according to the procedures defined in this chapter, social dialogue is organised between the platforms mentioned in Article L. 7342-1 and the self-employed workers defined in Article L. 7341-1 who use them for their activity, in each of the following sectors of activity:

1° Activities of driving a transport vehicle with driver;

2° Activities involving the delivery of goods by means of a two- or three-wheeled vehicle, whether motorised or not.

Article L7343-1

Dans les conditions et selon les modalités définies au présent chapitre, un dialogue social est organisé entre les plateformes mentionnées à l’article L. 7342-1 et les travailleurs indépendants définis à l’article L. 7341-1 qui y recourent pour leur activité, au niveau de chacun des secteurs d’activité suivants :

1° Activités de conduite d’une voiture de transport avec chauffeur ;

2° Activités de livraison de marchandises au moyen d’un véhicule à deux ou trois roues, motorisé ou non.
