Article L7343-34 of the French Labour Code

Collective sector agreements are made public and included in a national database, the content of which is published online in an easily reusable open standard. They are published in a version that does not include the full names of the negotiators and signatories.

After the agreement has been concluded, the parties may agree that part of the agreement need not be published in accordance with the first paragraph. This act, together with the full version of the agreement and the version of the agreement intended for publication, shall be attached to the filing provided for in article L. 7343-35.

The conditions for application of this article are defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L7343-34

Les accords collectifs de secteur sont rendus publics et versés dans une base de données nationale, dont le contenu est publié en ligne dans un standard ouvert aisément réutilisable. Ils sont publiés dans une version ne comportant pas les noms et prénoms des négociateurs et des signataires.

Après la conclusion de l’accord, les parties peuvent acter qu’une partie de la convention ou de l’accord ne doit pas faire l’objet de la publication prévue au premier alinéa. Cet acte, ainsi que la version intégrale de l’accord et la version de l’accord destinée à la publication, sont joints au dépôt prévu à l’article L. 7343-35.

Les conditions d’application du présent article sont définies par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
