Article L7343-54 of the French Labour Code

In each of the sectors referred to in Article L. 7343-1, a negotiating committee made up of representatives of the organisations recognised as representative, appointed under the conditions laid down in Articles L. 7343-12 and L. 7343-26, shall be set up by sector agreement, for the purpose of negotiating agreements, discussing the working conditions of workers using the platforms and exchanging information.

In the absence of an approved sector agreement, the number and composition of the colleges of the negotiating commission, the number of seats and their distribution within each college are defined by decree.

Dans chacun des secteurs mentionnés à l’article L. 7343-1, une commission de négociation composée des représentants des organisations reconnues représentatives, désignés dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 7343-12 et L. 7343-26, est mise en place par accord de secteur, aux fins de négocier des accords, dialoguer sur les conditions de travail des travailleurs recourant aux plateformes et échanger des informations.

En l’absence d’accord de secteur homologué, le nombre et la composition des collèges de la commission de négociation, le nombre de sièges et leur répartition au sein de chacun des collèges sont définis par décret.
