If necessary, the administrative authority may, throughout the duration of the detention, decide to move a foreign national from one place of detention to another, subject to informing the competent public prosecutors of the place of departure and the place of arrival, as well as, after the first extension order, the competent liberty and detention judges.

En cas de nécessité, l’autorité administrative peut, pendant toute la durée de la rétention, décider de déplacer un étranger d’un lieu de rétention vers un autre, sous réserve d’en informer les procureurs de la République compétents du lieu de départ et du lieu d’arrivée, ainsi que, après la première ordonnance de prolongation, les juges des libertés et de la détention compétente.
