Book VII: ENFORCEMENT OF REMOVAL DECISIONS

This book determines the rules for enforcing:1° Decisions imposing an obligation to leave French territory;2° Prohibitions on returning to French territory;3° Decisions implementing a decision taken by another State;4° Surrenders to the authorities of another State;5° Bans on movement on French territory;6° Decisions on expulsion;7° Penalties for banning from French territory;8° Decisions on administrative banning from the territory when the foreigner is present on French territory.
