Article L763-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Saint-Martin:
1° In article L. 720-1, the reference to article L. 722-7 is deleted;
2° In article L. 730-1, the reference to article L. 732-8 is deleted;
3° In article L. 732-9, after the words “work authorisation”, the words “in accordance with locally applicable regulations” are added;
4° In Article L. 740-1, the reference to Article L. 743-20 is deleted;
5° In Article L. 750-1, the references to Articles L. 754-2, L. 754-4 and L. 754-5 are deleted.
