In accordance with article L. 264-1, the provisions of articles L. 752-1 to L. 752-12, L. 753-1 to L. 753-12, L. 754-1 and L. 754-3 to L. 754-8 are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.
This chapter determines the measures applicable to foreign nationals who are the subject of a request to be taken into care or taken back into care, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, or of a transfer decision pursuant to Article L. 572-1.
