Article L751-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The provisions of article L. 711-1 relating to the enforcement of the removal decision by the foreign national are applicable to the enforcement of transfer decisions.
The administrative authority may take measures to enforce the transfer decision under the conditions provided for in article L. 722-4, provided that the actual transfer of the foreign national does not take place before the expiry of the period open to challenge the transfer decision before the administrative court, or before the administrative court has ruled on this appeal if it has been referred to it, without prejudice to the possibilities of house arrest and placement in detention provided for in this chapter.

Les dispositions de l’article L. 711-1 relatives à l’exécution de la décision d’éloignement par l’étranger sont applicables à l’exécution des décisions de transfert.
L’autorité administrative peut prendre les mesures pour l’exécution de la décision de transfert dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 722-4, sous réserve que le transfert effectif de l’étranger n’intervienne pas avant l’expiration du délai ouvert pour contester la décision de transfert devant le tribunal administratif, ni avant que le tribunal administratif n’ait statué sur ce recours s’il a été saisi, sans préjudice des possibilités d’assignation à résidence et de placement en rétention prévues au présent chapitre.
