In the event of house arrest pursuant to Article L. 751-6, the provisions of Articles L. 732-1, L. 732-4, L. 733-1 to L. 733-4 and L. 733-8 to L. 733-12 shall apply.
Failure to comply with the requirements associated with house arrest shall be punished in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles L. 824-4 and L. 824-5.
En cas d’assignation à résidence en application de l’article L. 751-6, les dispositions des articles L. 732-1, L. 732-4, L. 733-1 à L. 733-4 et L. 733-8 à L. 733-12 sont applicables.
Le manquement aux prescriptions liées à l’assignation à résidence est sanctionné dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 824-4 et L. 824-5.
