Les modalités de prise en compte, en rétention, de la vulnérabilité et, le cas échéant, des besoins particuliers des demandeurs d’asile et des étrangers faisant l’objet d’une requête aux fins de prise en charge ou de reprise en charge ou d’une décision de transfert sont précisées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
