Article L733-17 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Failure to comply with the requirements relating to house arrest, placement under mobile electronic surveillance and a ban on contact with certain named persons whose behaviour is linked to activities of a terrorist nature shall be punished in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles L. 824-4 to L. 824-7.
The detailed rules for the application of this article shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Le manquement aux prescriptions liées à l’assignation à résidence, au placement sous surveillance électronique mobile et à l’interdiction de se trouver en relation avec certaines personnes nommément désignées dont le comportement est lié à des activités à caractère terroriste est sanctionné dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 824-4 à L. 824-7.
Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
