Article L743-25 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

During the period in which he is held at the disposal of the courts, under the conditions laid down in article L. 742-2, the foreign national is given the opportunity, if he so wishes, to contact his lawyer and a third party, to meet a doctor and to eat.
