Subsection 2: Foreign nationals who must be removed to implement a decision taken by a Member State of the European Union

The actual removal of the foreign national who is the subject of the decision provided for in article L. 615-1 may not take place before the foreign national has been given the opportunity to present observations and to notify or have notified his consulate, a counsel or any person of his choice.
