Article L743-21

Les ordonnances mentionnées au présent chapitre sont susceptibles d’appel devant le premier président de la cour d’appel ou son délégué.
L’appel peut être formé par l’étranger, le ministère public et l’autorité administrative.
Le premier président de la cour d’appel ou son délégué est saisi sans forme et doit statuer dans les quarante-huit heures de sa saisine.
Sous réserve des dispositions du troisième alinéa, les dispositions du présent chapitre relatives aux attributions et à la procédure suivie devant le juge des libertés et de la détention sont applicables devant la cour d’appel.
