Article L730-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article L. 264-1, the provisions of 6°, 7° and 8° and the last paragraph of article L. 731-1, article L. 731-2, 6°, 7° and 8° of article L. 731-3, articles L. 731-4, L. 731-5, L. 732-1 to L. 732-9 and L. 733-1 to L. 733-17 are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.

Article L730-2

Conformément à l’article L. 264-1, les dispositions des 6°, 7° et 8° et du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 731-1, de l’article L. 731-2, des 6°, 7° et 8° de l’article L. 731-3, des articles L. 731-4, L. 731-5, L. 732-1 à L. 732-9 et L. 733-1 à L. 733-17 sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II.
