Foreign nationals placed under house arrest pursuant to article L. 731-1 shall be provided with information on how to exercise their rights, the obligations incumbent upon them and, where applicable, the possibility of benefiting from assisted return.The terms of application of this article shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
A decision to place a person under house arrest taken pursuant to 1°, 2°, 3°, 4° or 5° of article L. 731-1 may be challenged before the president of the administrative court within forty-eight hours of notification.
