Article L732-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Foreign nationals placed under house arrest pursuant to article L. 731-1 shall be provided with information on how to exercise their rights, the obligations incumbent upon them and, where applicable, the possibility of benefiting from assisted return.
The terms of application of this article shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L732-7

Il est remis aux étrangers assignés à résidence en application de l’article L. 731-1 une information sur les modalités d’exercice de leurs droits, les obligations qui leur incombent et, le cas échéant, la possibilité de bénéficier d’une aide au retour.
Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
