Article L751-6 of the French Consumer Code

An order of the minister responsible for the economy, issued after consultation with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés and the comité consultatif du secteur financier, sets out the procedures for collecting, recording, storing and consulting the information.
This decree also determines the terms under which the institutions and bodies mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 751-2 can provide proof that they have consulted the file, in particular in application of article L. 312-16.

Article L751-6

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie, pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés et du comité consultatif du secteur financier, fixe les modalités de collecte, d’enregistrement, de conservation et de consultation des informations.
Cet arrêté détermine également les modalités selon lesquelles les établissements et organismes mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 751-2 peuvent justifier qu’ils ont consulté le fichier, notamment en application de l’article L. 312-16.
