Article L761-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:
1° Articles L. 700-2, L. 722-12, L. 751-1 to L. 751-13 and L. 754-2 are not applicable;
2° References to the first president of the court of appeal and to the judicial court are replaced respectively by references to the first president of the superior court of appeal and to the court of first instance.
