Article L764-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions are applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Ordinance no. 2020-1733 of 16 December 2020, unless otherwise stated in the table below.
