Natural persons guilty of the offences provided for in Article L. 8256-2 are liable to the following additional penalties:
1° Prohibition, for a period of up to five years, from engaging directly or through an intermediary in the professional activity in the exercise or on the occasion of the exercise of which the offence was committed, in accordance with the provisions of article 131-27 of the Criminal Code ;
2° Exclusion from public contracts for a maximum of five years;
3° Confiscation under the terms and conditions set out inarticle 131-21 of the Criminal Code;
4° Display or dissemination of the decision handed down, under the conditions provided for in article 131-35 of the Criminal Code. Where a fine is imposed, the court may order that this dissemination be carried out, for a maximum period of two years, by the services of the Minister for Employment on a dedicated website, in accordance with the conditions laid down by decree of the Conseil d’Etat issued after consultation with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés ;
5° A ban on civic, civil and family rights, in accordance with the provisions of Article 131-26 of the Criminal Code;
6° A residence ban for a maximum of five years.
