Article L8256-6 of the French Labour Code

Any foreigner guilty of the offences defined in article L. 8256-2 may be banned from French territory for up to ten years or permanently, in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 131-30 to 131-30-2 of the French Criminal Code.

L’interdiction du territoire français peut être prononcée, dans les conditions prévues par les articles 131-30 à 131-30-2 du code pénal, pour une durée de dix ans au plus ou à titre définitif à l’encontre de tout étranger coupable des infractions définies à l’article L. 8256-2.
