For the purposes of investigating and establishing breaches of the prohibition on undeclared work, inspection officers may ask to see and obtain immediate copies of the following documents, regardless of their form or medium:
1° Documents proving that the registration, declarations and formalities referred to in articles L. 8221-3 and L. 8221-5 have been carried out, as well as those relating to the authorisation to practise the profession or to approval when a specific provision has so provided;
2° Documents proving that the company has verified, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 8222-1 or L. 8222-4, that its co-contractor(s) have complied with the formalities mentioned in articles L. 8221-3 and L. 8221-5 or regulations of equivalent effect in their country of origin;
3° Estimates, order forms or work orders, invoices and contracts or commercial documents relating to services provided in breach of the provisions of article L. 8221-1;
4° Professional insurance certificates held by self-employed workers where such insurance meets a legal obligation.
