Article L910-1 I of the French Commercial code

Each observatory produces an annual report, which may include opinions and proposals. This report is sent to Parliament and to the ministers responsible for overseas France, the economy, finance and employment.

It may also, at the request of its chairman or one-third of its members, issue reports on specific subjects.

Chaque observatoire rend un rapport annuel, qui peut être assorti d’avis et de propositions. Ce rapport est adressé au Parlement et aux ministres chargés des outre-mer, de l’économie, des finances et de l’emploi.

Il peut également, à la demande de son président ou du tiers de ses membres, rendre des rapports sur des sujets particuliers.
