Article L937-7 of the French Commercial code

Article L. 723-4 reads as follows:

“Art. L. 723-4 -Subject to the provisions of Article L. 937-9, persons aged at least thirty years who are registered on the electoral list drawn up pursuant to Article L. 937-6 and who can prove either that they have been registered in New Caledonia for five years in the Trade and Companies Register or, for the same period, that they have exercised one of the capacities listed in I of Article L. 723-2 applicable in New Caledonia, shall be eligible for appointment as a judge of a mixed commercial court. “

L’article L. 723-4 est ainsi rédigé :

” Art. L. 723-4.-Sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 937-9, sont éligibles aux fonctions de juge d’un tribunal mixte de commerce les personnes âgées de trente ans au moins inscrites sur la liste électorale dressée en application de l’article L. 937-6 et justifiant soit d’une immatriculation en Nouvelle-Calédonie depuis cinq années au registre du commerce et des sociétés, soit, pendant le même délai, de l’exercice de l’une des qualités énumérées au I de l’article L. 723-2 applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie. “
