Article L946-11 of the French Commercial code

In article L. 626-14, the reference to article 28 of decree no. 55-22 of 4 January 1955 reforming land registration is replaced by a reference to the provisions applicable in the territory and relating to the registration of rights over immovable property other than liens and mortgages.

A l’article L. 626-14, la référence à l’article 28 du décret n° 55-22 du 4 janvier 1955 portant réforme de la publicité foncière est remplacée par la référence aux dispositions applicables dans le territoire et relatives à la publicité des droits sur les immeubles autres que les privilèges et hypothèques.
