Article L954-1-1 of the French Commercial code

Article L. 430-2 is amended as follows:

1° In the first paragraphs of I to III, the word “three” is replaced by the word “two”;

2° The last paragraphs of I to III are deleted;

3° IV is repealed.

L’article L. 430-2 est ainsi modifié :

1° Aux premiers alinéas des I à III, le mot : ” trois ” est remplacé par le mot : ” deux ” ;

2° Les derniers alinéas des I à III sont supprimés ;

3° Le IV est abrogé.
