Article L954-13 of the French Commercial code

In the fourth paragraph of Article L. 462-7:

1° In the first sentence, the words: “, a national competition authority of another Member State of the European Union or the European Commission” are deleted;

2° In the last sentence, the words: “these authorities” are replaced by the words: “the Authority”.

Au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 462-7 :

1° A la première phrase, les mots : “, une autorité nationale de concurrence d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou la Commission européenne ” sont supprimés ;

2° A la dernière phrase, les mots : ” ces autorités ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” l’Autorité “.
