Article L954-8 of the French Commercial code

Article L. 450-1 is amended as follows:

1° The last two paragraphs of I are deleted;

2° In II, after the word “economy”, the words “and the staff of the Wallis and Futuna economic affairs and development department” are inserted.

L’article L. 450-1 est ainsi modifié :

1° Les deux derniers alinéas du I sont supprimés ;

2° Au II, après le mot : “économie”, sont insérés les mots : “ainsi que les agents du service des affaires économiques et du développement de Wallis-et-Futuna”.
