Article L956-10 of the French Commercial code

The third paragraph of article L. 645-4 is worded as follows:

The judicial representative shall make known without delay any factor that could justify his replacement. The court may, either of its own motion or at the proposal of the judge appointed or at the request of the public prosecutor, replace the mandataire judiciaire.

Le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 645-4 est ainsi rédigé :

Le mandataire judiciaire fait connaître sans délai tout élément qui pourrait justifier son remplacement. Le tribunal peut soit d’office, soit sur proposition du juge commis ou à la demande du ministère public, procéder à son remplacement.
