Article LO1112-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of Chapter VII of Title I of Book I of the Electoral Code shall apply to local referendums, with the exception of Articles L. 88-1, L. 95 and L. 113-1 (1° to 5° of I, II and III).

For the application of these provisions, the text should read: “political group, party or grouping entitled to take part in the campaign” instead of : “candidate” and “list of candidates”.

Sont applicables au référendum local les dispositions du chapitre VII du titre Ier du livre Ier du code électoral, à l’exception des articles L. 88-1, L. 95 et L. 113-1 (1° à 5° du I, II et III).

Pour l’application de ces dispositions, il y a lieu de lire : ” groupe, parti ou groupement politique habilité à participer à la campagne ” au lieu de : ” candidat ” et de ” liste de candidats “.
