Article LO6353-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Executive Council deliberates on individual decisions in the following areas:

1° Authorisation for foreigners to work;

2° Authorisation for land use or occupation;

3° Appointment to functional posts in the community;

4° Exercise of the right of pre-emption under the conditions defined in article LO 6314-7;

5° Approvals and decisions on which the benefit of an advantage provided for by the local authority’s tax regulations depends.

Article LO6353-4

Le conseil exécutif délibère sur les décisions individuelles intervenant dans les domaines suivants :

1° Autorisation de travail des étrangers ;

2° Autorisation d’utilisation ou d’occupation du sol ;

3° Nomination aux emplois fonctionnels de la collectivité ;

4° Exercice du droit de préemption dans les conditions définies à l’article LO 6314-7 ;

5° Agréments et décisions desquels dépend le bénéfice d’un avantage prévu par la réglementation fiscale de la collectivité.
