Before concluding a contract for the purpose of carrying out the tasks of monitoring the collection of healthcare quality and safety indicators referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 1435-7, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall check that the applicant satisfies the conditions laid down in Article L. 4111-1 and in 2° and 3° of Article R. 1435-12.
The performance of the aforementioned tasks by doctors who have signed a contract with the Regional Health Agency is subject to the completion of at least seven hours of technical and legal training in the monitoring of the collection of quality and safety indicators, provided jointly by the Ministry of Health and the High Authority for Health.
Prior to each assignment, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency verifies, in the light of the declaration of interests provided for by the provisions of article L. 1451-1, that there are no conflicts of interest that would prevent the doctor from carrying out his assignment in the establishment concerned.
