Article R111-6 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

If the request is not granted, an appeal may be lodged. The time limit for lodging an appeal is fifteen days. The appeal is lodged, investigated and judged as in non-contentious matters.

If the application is granted, any interested party may refer the matter to the judge who made the order, who may amend or withdraw the order.

S’il n’est pas fait droit à la requête, appel peut être interjeté. Le délai d’appel est de quinze jours. L’appel est formé, instruit et jugé comme en matière gracieuse.


S’il est fait droit à la requête, tout intéressé peut en référer au juge qui a rendu l’ordonnance, lequel peut modifier ou rétracter celle-ci.
