Article R1110-15 of the French Public Health Code

If the professional association concerned fails to comply with the three-month time limit stipulated in article R. 1110-11 for implementing the conciliation procedure, or the time limit stipulated in article R. 1110-13 for bringing the matter before the disciplinary court following a failure to reach conciliation, the director of the local health insurance body will initiate the sanction procedure provided for inarticle L. 114-17-1 of the Social Security Code, in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 147-14 of the same code.

In the event of a penalty being imposed on the health professional in question, the director of the local health insurance body will inform the president of the professional body on whose roll the professional is registered.

En cas de méconnaissance, imputable à l’ordre professionnel concerné, du délai de trois mois imparti par l’article R. 1110-11 pour mettre en œuvre la procédure de conciliation, ou de celui prévu à l’article R. 1110-13 pour la saisine de la juridiction disciplinaire à la suite d’une non-conciliation, le directeur de l’organisme local d’assurance maladie engage la procédure de sanction prévue à l’article L. 114-17-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, selon les modalités fixées à l’article R. 147-14 du même code.

En cas de sanction prononcée à l’encontre du professionnel de santé mis en cause, le directeur de l’organisme local d’assurance maladie en informe le président du conseil de l’ordre au tableau duquel le professionnel est inscrit.
